How do I book my home at Castleton Greens?
What happens thereafter?
Post booking, you will get 10 days to enter into the Agreement of Sale ( AOS) by making a payment of 25% of the value of the Villa, against which a formal letter of allotment will be issued. The balance payments will be linked to the stage of construction.
When do I get a confirmed allotment?
On payment of 25% of the sale value, the allotment will be confirmed.
Can I make 100% down payment?

How are the instalments to be paid and is it slab completion based payment?
The schedule of payments is basis of completion of every slab as mentioned in the payment schedule.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Why should you miss out on a strategically located and meticulously designed project? However, if you do wish to cancel after booking, Rs 10000.00 (Rs Te Thousand only) of the booking amount paid will be forfeited before agreements and Rs 1 Lakh (Rs 1.00 Lakh) of the agreement amount will be forfeited after agreements as cancellation fee and the balance will be returned without any interest.
When does the development start and when I can expect to move into my new home?
Construction has already commenced and your dream home will welcome you by End 2021.
Are modifications permitted in the Villa?
The specifications and designs have been carefully worked out. Considering the number of Villa and the delivery date, however minor customization depending upon the stage of the Villas will be permitted and shall be chargeable to the client.
What about car parking space?
30x40, 40x40 villas are designed to accommodate one car parking space. 40x50, villa is designed to accommodate two car parking spaces.

What are the agreements that need to be signed?
The agreements that need to be signed are Agreement to Sell and an Agreement to Construct, followed by a Sale Deed.
What is the process of registration and when does registration take place?
Registration will be done only on completion of the development and on payment of the entire sale consideration including the additional charges. Registration will be facilitated by us through an advocate appointed by Associate Dwellings.
What are the additional amounts to be paid?
BESCOM & BWSSB charges, GST, first Year Maintenance charges, Legal charges, Registration charges and any other charges as applicable.
Has Castleton Greens project approved by banks/housing finance institutions (HFIs) for loans?
Yes! Leading HFIs have approved the development and will extend loans to customers based on their specified criteria.
What is my responsibility for disbursement of instalments through HFIs?
It is your responsibility to ensure timely disbursement of installments from HFIs and demand will be made by us to the HFIs for the same. To facilitate smooth payments, customers are required to issue a consent letter.
Who will take care of the maintenance of the Project?
The first year maintenance will be taken care by Castleton Greens and later once the association is formed the maintenance will be transferred into association’s name.
What is the scheme for maintenance?
First Year maintenance is calculated at Rs 2/- per sft per month.
